The Brave Warriors' attempt to qualify for next year's African Champions started on the right note when they defeated Comoros 2-0 in Moroni on Friday. News from Moroni is that Namibia's Brave Warriors started the match the brighter of the two and never looked back. Their dominance brought the desired fruits in the 60th minute when Mighty Gunners striker Elmo Kambindu - who made his debut - scored for the Brave Warriors. 20 minutes later in the 80th minute, Kambindu who started upfront with Teofellus Junias scored his second stunner. The Brave Warriors stood firm in the remaining minutes as they thwarted any danger posed by Comoros. They will host Comoros in the return leg on the 4th of August in Windhoek.
