The Namibia Gymnastics Federation, the Namibia Sports Commission and the Namibia National Olympic Committee, who were involved in a previously unresolved dispute received judgement at the Windhoek High court today, with the judge ruling in favour of the NSC and the Olympic Committee. According to the Commission's Public Relations Officer, Chalo Chainda, the court clearly acknowledged the Namibia Gymnastic Federation's role in the dispute.
