A 17-year-old girl, Miriam Matumbo Rugharo was found dead by passers-by on the gravel road near the entrance to Uvhungu Vhungu Irritation project on Tuesday. Rugharo, a resident of Rundu's Kaisosi Informal Settlement, is alleged to have jumped from a moving vehicle.
