The African Union is preparing to take drastic decisions over the reform of the United Nations Security Council. President Hage Geingob, who attended the meeting of the Committee of Ten Heads of State ahead of the AU Summit in Kigali, says the committee has made serious proposals that will be presented to the summit on Sunday.
