Immanuel Ngaringombe is the new Secretary General of the DTA. He was elected at the party's Elective Central Committee Meeting on Saturday. Ngaringombe who is currently a Councillor in the Walvis Bay Town Council replaces Acting Secretary General Elma Dienda who has been in the position for over a year.
