The Gibeon Village Council has reaffirmed its commitment to provision of housing, sanitation and road infrastructure and other basic service delivery, as key development areas. The council opened a 900-meter tar road constructed at a cost of more than 2-million dollars to the public while it also handed over 14-toilet blocks to some residents at cost of over 2-million dollars.
