Inmates at the Windhoek Correctional Facility received Christmas gifts from the regional Councillor of the Windhoek West Constituency. This was the first visit to Windhoek Central Prison, now known as the the Windhoek Correctional Facility, by the Windhoek West constituency Councillor.
