Residents of the Nova community have raised concern with the Katima Mulilo Town Council for having failed to provide basic services, three years after they were relocated there. Plots were allocated in 2019 but there have been continuous cries over lack of electricity, water, road access and sanitation. Some of the group taps around the community are broken and fixing them comes at a cost, a reason why some have resorted to fetching water from a nearby stream.
