The leader of the Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) is calling for a second round of discussion on the joint declaration by the German and Namibian governments on reparations for the early 1900 genocide. McHenry Venaani said this during a Genocide Stakeholders consultation meeting held with members of the public at the Katutura Youth Centre.
