SWAPO's think tank workshop introspects on various issues in party

A 31-member SWAPO party think tank has convened a workshop to introspect on issues including corruption, infighting, criticism over poor service delivery and dwindling voter support. This comes ahead of the 2022 Elective Congress. The research arm, according to its chairperson, Andrew Nikondo, will lay bare all failures and successes of the organisation to date, including a review of its succession plan, disciplinary code, and 2019-2025 manifesto, to meet modern-day demands.
