Windhoek-Black Africa beat African Stars by one goal to nill on Tuesday night to cut the gap at the top of the Namibian Premier League Table to five points. The rain came pouring down at the Sam Nujoma Stadium in Windhoek as both teams made their grand entry. African Stars were the first to test Black Africa's front line with Obrey Amseb's effort well saved by goalkeeper Calvin Spiegel. It was an even match and the first half ended with no goals scored. In the second half Black Africa made a few attacking options with Jerome Louis coming first but it was striker Salano Kamulilo who proved to be the difference as his header flew into the net to leave Stars' rear guard stunned. The goal even prompted former Black Africa midfielder Lolo Goraseb to perform a few dance moves. Stars were left chasing the game and in the dying minutes should have equalized when Marius Kotze's effort was again well dealt with by the towering Spiegel. 1-0 it ended in favour of Black Africa and the lead at the top might have been cut but its Stars who are still in the driving seat.
