Brave Warriors respond well to training ahead of Mozambique clash- Mannetti

Windhoek-With only a few days to go before playing Mozambique in the crucial 2019 African Cup of Nations Qualifiers, Namibia's senior football squad is hard at work in the training camp. The team's mentor, Ricardo Mannetti told NBC that the players are responding well to the training techniques. The Brave Warriors are set to play a crucial match, when they take on Mozambique in Maputo this coming Saturday. Speaking from the camp in South Africa, head coach Ricardo Mannetti sounded happy with his team's response to the training, saying the attitude is all that matters this time around. “The camp is in good shape. Everyone is motivated. No serious injuries. We have work a lot on the mentality and the attitude as part of preparing for an away game. We need good result that can help us to qualify for the AFCON games” Mannetti said. After Saturday's match, Namibia is expected to host Mozambique next week Tuesday in Windhoek, before playing Guinea Bissau and Zambia as part of the qualifiers games. Only two teams from the group stages will qualify for the 2019 Afcon Games.
