The Cuban Ambassador to Namibia, Sidenio Acosta Aday, paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Director of the Ministry of Sport, Youth and National Service, Dr. Audrin Mathe on Wednesday. Amongst the issues discussed, was the long standing Cooperation Agreement in the fields of sports, between Cuba and the local sports ministry. This specific Cooperation Agreement, is responsible for the attachment of various Cuban Sporting Experts to the Republic of Namibia. Dr. Mathe extended Namibia’s profound appreciation for the Cubans’ unwavering and committed support, whenever it was required by his Ministry.
