Walter “The Executioner” Kautondokwa under the MTC Nestor Sunshine Promotions will exchange blows with Kanat Islam for the WBO Middleweight International title on the 26th October in Kastana, Kazakhstan. Kautondokwa is currently rated number 10 while Islam is rated number 8 and the current WBO International champion. Kanat Islam has been dubbed as the next GGG from Kazakhstan, and he remains undefeated after 26 fights with an impressive 21 fight KO victory. Kautondokwa has now fought 19 times with only 1 loss with an impressive 17 fights KO victory. Kautondokwa bounced back from his world title fight loss against Andrade with a 2nd round victory over Simeon Tcheta in May, and will be looking to climb a mammoth task with another accomplished world class fighter. Nestor Tobias said his boxer is ready for the task at hand. “This has been a big year for us, with all three of our world rated boxers fighting wold rated opponents which rarely happens in boxing. IN March Nakathila destroyed Kovac from Hungary, in August Shonena won against Dong from China and now it is Kautondokwa’s turn" he said. Tobias said he was not happy with the Andrade fight stating that any good referee would have suspended Andrade for taking an illegal shot, while Kautondokwa was on his knees after the two boxers clashed legs. "That was a very hard shot and Andrade should have been disqualified right away, but the referee ignored the incident even though it was clear. Of course the punch affected Kautondokwa, but he soldiered on" Tobias said. Hesaid they are back on the world stage with a very tough fight, and is confident that Kautondokwa is up to the task to do they country proud. This fight is critically important because a win will put the boxer back at the top.
