Lawyers representing Namibia Sports Commission chief administrator Freddy Mwiya and those representing the Attorney General's office on behalf of sports minister Agnes Tjongarero have reached a temporary out of court settlement concerning Mwiya's immediate future. A long-term agreement is still being sought in court, however.
