Paulis El Jesus Ambunda became the first Namibian boxer to fight for and capture the WBC International Super Bantam weight division by beating Nassibu Ramadhan of Tanzania after 12 rounds of exciting fight. Speaking to NBC Sport afterwards Chairman of Salute Boxing Academy Kriat Kamanya described the event as the best attendant boxing bonanza in the history of local boxing.
