NFA wishes African Stars the best

The Namibia Football Association (NFA) wishes African Stars all the best against Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) in the return leg of the 2019 Confederation of African Football Champions League on 23 August following the first leg match played in Windhoek on 10 August. The two teams will meet during the return leg of the preliminary round of the championships in Uganda and the NFA encourages the ambitious club to represent. “African Stars commitment to taking Namibian football to Africa is commendable and we can only wish them well and support them were possible to ensure that they do all Namibians proud. They remain our only hope in continental competitions of late we are indeed proud of their enthusiasm. Competing in Africa demands a lot from a club and for Stars to have taken on that responsibility of presenting Namibia, we can applaud them once again. We urge all the football-loving people of Namibia to set aside their club differences and support African Stars in this important fixture as they are flying high the flag of this country”, says NFA/FIFA Normalization Committee Vice Chairman Franco Cosmos.
