For the first time in two years the popular Windhoek Spin City returned to Otjiwarongo. The event took place on Saturday. Wet weather, loud sounds and smoke were the order of the day at the Paresis Park in Otjiwarongo. The event started off slowly with the park-off and gradually heated up for better. The youngest spinner on the day, Joel Junior Nambahu - 18 years old - better known in spinning circles as Wamboeseun took on his former mentor Chris van Rooiyen of Team Topie in the closing stage of the event. Evro, Heinrich Benade and Jerhome Brendell scooped the best sound, best rims and best overall awards respectively in the Park-off category.
