The Government Institutions Pension Fund (GIPF) held a stakeholder engagement at Outapi, Omusati Region, to create awareness and provide services to the public.

The engagement focused on inquiries such as admission, housing, the claim of benefits, the printing of benefit statements, medical aid, complaint handling, and issues related to taxes.

Institutions such as NamFISA, NamRA, First Capital Namibia, Kuleni, PSEMAS, and Allan Grey were also there.

Omusati governor Erginus Endjala thanked the parties for the good initiative to engage and strengthen the relationship with their stakeholders.

He, however, appealed to GIPF to start investing in local initiatives in, among others, food security and education.
