Two newly appointed diplomats from Russia and Thailand say expanding agriculture, foreign service, and investments in technology, top the agenda of cooperation between Namibia and their respective countries.
Ambassadors Dmitry Lobach from Russia and Mungkorn Pratoomkaew from the Kingdom of Thailand presented their diplomatic credentials to President Hage Geingob at State House.
Lobach will be based in Namibia as the resident Ambassador, while Pratoomkaew concurrently serves Namibia from the diplomatic Mission in South Africa.
They pledged to expand existing bilateral relations and particularly promote economic diplomacy.
