The Spokesperson of Ndama Community, Ndumba Paulus reiterated that residents of Ndama East are not happy with the decision to transfer the learners to the new school.
"In that meeting that we had yesterday, the board members who were there did not agree that learners should be taken there simply because the deputy minister who came said she came just to evaluate the situation at hand. Whatever she came to evaluate here, any information that she collected here, she is going to bring that information to Windhoek. They are going to have a meeting at Windhoek with the minister of education, and then after that, they will revert back to us in writing to tell us what the way forward is. How do you tell people that you are taking learners there if the mothers of those learners are not happy with your decision?
