The All Peoples Party (APP) is again targeting the two Kavango regions as its support base.

The national chairperson of the APP, Linus Muchila, said this during a rally held at Rundu over the weekend.

The Dr. Romanus Kampungu sports field was painted red and black on Saturday, and the youth were in the majority.

Muchila stated that over the past three months, the party has recorded one thousand new members in the Kavango East Region.

Founded by the late Ignatius Shixwameni, a native of Kavango East Region, Muchila said that just as other parties have their own support bases in other regions, the APP will make the two Kavango regions its base.

In her speech, APP Member of Parliament Maria Kamutali promised the youth that if the party is elected into power, it will assist the youth in their studies in the fields of agriculture, law, medicine, and mining.

The party will continue with its campaigns in other regions.
