Reigning Miss Teen Namibia 2023, Oriana Ribeiro, has departed for India to represent the country in the Miss Teen International 2024 pageant.

With smiles all around, friends, fans, and family bid farewell to Ribeiro and wished her well.

She acknowledges that being a Miss Teen is not an easy task, but with the support of friends, family, and Namibians, the journey becomes easier.

"It was an intensive preparation, from beauty, mindset, speaking, walking - there was so much to it."

"Well, firstly, it will completely change my life - it will be a total 180. But I believe winning the title will also bring greater responsibility, which I will not take lightly. I will make sure to use the platform to the best of my ability."

The crowning ceremony will take place next Friday.
