President Nangolo Mbumba has arrived in Doha, the capital of Qatar, this evening.

President Mbumba will participate in the 22nd Doha Forum, starting tomorrow.

A number of world leaders and senior government ministers, as well as thought leaders, are attending the two-day meeting.

The Forum will be held under the theme The Innovation Imperative: Diplomacy, Dialogue, and Diversity.

The Forum brings together global leaders in policy to tackle the world’s most critical challenges through diplomacy, dialogue, and diversity.

The Presidency says the Doha Forum presents Namibia with an opportunity to collaborate on fostering inclusive growth, revitalizing global cooperation, and advancing sustainable energy development.

President Nangolo Mbumba will deliver remarks at various sessions dealing with diverse but urgent global challenges, including financing the future, economic development, progress after elections, and transformative diplomatic strategies for contemporary global challenges.
