Fly Angola has introduced a new service linking Windhoek, Namibia, to Luanda, Angola, with flights operating thrice weekly.

The route, which commenced on December 21, last year, connects Luanda International Airport (LAD) to the Hosea Kutako International Airport (WDH), with a stopover at Catumbela Airport (CBT) in Benguela.

Scheduled flights operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The new service has been welcomed by Air Connect Namibia, which sees it as a vital step toward greater regional integration and trade, said Dan Kamati, spokesperson of the Namibia Airports company.
