The Namibia Special Risks Insurance Association has assisted Dr Fischer Primary School in the Aminius Constituency with hostel utensils.
The Executive Marketing and Sales Manager at NASRIA, Ndamona Schleberger, pointed out that education is a key enabler for social development; hence, the needs of schools must be taken seriously.
Schleberger added that it is under this consideration that the association found it noble to support the school with the needed items for hostel boarders.
The school principal, Foreman Tjizoo, said the limited hostel utensils also delay the teaching and learning process at the school.
The Inspector of Education, Ismael Kazondanga, stressed that the government alone will not solve all education-related matters; hence, other key stakeholders should remain integral partners.
Kazondanga pleaded with the school management team to take good care of the donated items.
Dr Fischer Primary School has 463 hostel boarders.
