The National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (NAMCOR) has appointed Victoria Sibeya as acting Managing Director, effective from 1st April.

Sibeya has been the executive for Upstream Exploration since 2019.

Prior to this, she held the position of Acting Executive for Exploration and Production, as well as Asset Manager.

With nearly two decades of experience in the oil and gas sector, both locally and internationally, Sibeya has the industry knowledge and technical expertise.

She began her career at NAMCOR as a geoscientist from 2006 to 2012.
