The much anticipated Miss Namibia and Miss Teen Namibia that will be held at Ongwediva is drawing closer, and last week, the top ten finalists were exposed to various ancient traditional norms and practices of the AaWambo culture and traditions, as well as taking time off to relax.

It's been an eventful week for the beauty queens as they navigated the northern regions ahead of the crowning in July.

From the cultural showcases and natural wonders, the road to Miss Namibia 2025 has been unforgettable with the crowning just 49 days away.

The Miss Namibia Organisation's CEO, Umbi Karuaihe-Upi says the decision by NBC and Debmarine to rotate the pageant across regions has been widely welcomed.

The event will also allow locals to showcase their culture and expose contestants to Namibia's diversity.

The beauty queens also made a stop at Etosha, Ruacana Water Falls, and many other places to get a gist of the local offerings.

A local businessman who also donated N$10,000 towards the beauty Pagent held a meet and greet at Oshakati where fans came in numbers to interact with the contestants .

Oshakati Town Mayor Leornard Hango applauded the pageants management and sponsors for affording the north an opportunity to host the prestigious event for the first time.

The Omukwaniilwa of the Ondonga Traditional Authority Fillemon Shuumbwa plegded a heifer for the Winner and also donated N$30,000 towards the pageant.

Omunyekadhi Adelheid Nangolo, is the Patron of Miss Namibia 2025.
