For inmates at Windhoek Correctional Facility, Christmas is often the hardest time of year, reminding them of loved ones and familiar traditions that define the festive season.
Although inmates do not spend the holiday with their families, they say they still feel the festive spirit because they have become a family within the prison walls.
They shared Christmas messages with loved ones and the public, urging youth to embrace the spirit of Christ, focus on education, work hard, and avoid criminal activities.
