The Deputy Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture, Dino Ballotti, has addressed his recent "out of character" moments in Parliament, affirming that, despite his subsequent name-calling, he remains steadfast in his dedication to serving the nation.
In a candid conversation with Touch FM’s Donald Kariseb, Ballotti shifted the focus to a critical but often ignored reality: the necessity for leaders to prioritise their own mental health while in public service. Ballotti emphasised that maintaining a positive outlook is essential for effective leadership, regardless of the political climate.
