The Deputy Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture, Dino Ballotti, has addressed his recent "out of character" moments in Parliament, affirming that, despite his subsequent name-calling, he remains steadfast in his dedication to serving the nation.

In a candid conversation with Touch FM’s Donald Kariseb, Ballotti shifted the focus to a critical but often ignored reality: the necessity for leaders to prioritise their own mental health while in public service. He shared personal techniques for "compartmentalising" the pressures of the office to maintain emotional balance.

Ballotti emphasised that maintaining a positive outlook is essential for effective leadership, regardless of the political climate.
