The Minister of Defence and Veterans Affairs, Frans Kapofi has urged the new Veterans Board, Veterans Board Appeal and Namibia National Liberation Veterans Association to harmonise efforts with the government in addressing challenges faced by veterans.

The Minister of Education, Sanet Steenkamp, has visited the Zambezi Region to assess the impact of flooding on the education sector.

Dr. Steenkamp visited the affected Nankutwe Combined and Namiyundu Primary Schools, as well as the relocation centres at Lusese and Schumansburg Combined School.

The spokesperson for the National Security Commission of Iran, Ebrahim Rezaei, admitted the normal functioning of the oil export sector after his visit to Kharg Island.
