Residents of Sikondo village, Kapako constituency in Kavango West Region, will finally have access to electricity after living without it for decades.

The Affirmative Repositioning Student Command (ARSC) has called on the newly appointed Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sport, Art and Culture to solve the chaos within the National Youth Council (NYC).

AR Student Command made these remarks during a media briefing in the capital.
