High Court declares suspension of Karasburg Town Council leaders unlawful

The High Court has set aside the suspension of Karasburg Town Council political office bearers, declaring it unlawful. 

The Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Erastus Uutoni, dissolved the entire council without remuneration in March this year.
