President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has described the late former Minister of Works and Transport, Moses Amweelo, as a freedom fighter who has contributed immensely to the struggle for the independence of Namibia. 

Amweelo, a former Member of Parliament, died on Wednesday, aged 73.
