Namibia's Director of Maritime Affairs said the country's transition to low-carbon shipping must include women, youth, and local businesses.

Illegal fencing has left villagers at Rera Vanyime in the Kavango East Region devastated, as the planting season is passing without a solution in sight.

The accused made his first appearance in the Usakos Magistrate's Court, where the matter was postponed to 23 March 2026.
