The Councillor of the Khomasdal Constituency has reminded small and medium enterprises of the role they play in their communities and the country as catalysts of local development. 

The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) announced on Thursday the names of candidates to contest the upcoming by-elections of the Otjiwarongo and Grootfontein constituencies on June 17 of this year.
