The Oshakati Town Council has presented its budget for the 2025/2026 financial year, totaling N$350,144,407. This budget is balanced, with neither a deficit nor a surplus.

The Bank of Namibia has increased the repo rate by 25 basis points, from 6.5 to 7 percent.
