The 3rd Junior National Council session started on the 10th of September 2024.

This year's theme, "Educating a Namibian Child Fit for Agenda 2063 and Beyond," reflects the crucial role the Junior National Council plays in shaping the future of Namibia.

The 3rd Junior National Council (JNC) resumed on Monday, continuing its mission since 2017 to provide a platform for school learners from all 14 regions to discuss pressing youth issues at both regional and national levels.

Anna Andimba, from the Otjozondjupa Region, has been elected as the Chairperson of the Junior National Council, deputized by Joseph Hamutenya from the |Khomas Region.

Juliah Tsowases, representing the Erongo Region, has been elected Chief Whip.
