National Assembly Spokesperson Sakeus Kadhikwa has reaffirmed Parliament's commitment to enhancing public engagement and transparency in the legislative process. 

The Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS) is hard at work to finalise drafting the Mental Health Bill to be tabled in Parliament.

Minister Dr. Kalumbi Shangula said this at the inauguration of the Mental Health Board for the Windhoek Central Hospital on Friday.

The Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety, and Security, Dr. Daniel Kashikola, has taken a significant step towards enhancing civil registration and identification processes by tabling a comprehensive bill in Parliament.
