The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (nbc) celebrated three of its employees who walked away with awards at the prestigious Simply You Magazine Lifestyle and Fashion Awards on Saturday.

Employees of various companies and trades that the nbc News team spoke to are calling on the government to show its appreciation to its workers by offering gifts or lunch packs. 

Employees of the Namibia Press Agency (NAMPA) today handed over their petition to the agency's Board Deputy Chairperson, Kingsley ǂGuiseb, in Windhoek.

ǂGuiseb assured the employees that the board will address all the grievances of the employees stated in the petition within a week's time.
