Namibia made its debut at the 8th Futsal AFCON in Morocco, taking on the host team and three-time champions Morocco.

Despite the loss, the Namibian team, which included 14 players chosen from hundreds across the country, gained crucial experience.

On Wednesday, Namibia's futsal national team revealed that the squad will be playing their final AFCON qualifying match on the 3rd of February in Windhoek, at the Showgrounds.
