The Office of the Secretary to the Cabinet says that serious public service delivery challenges at institutions of higher education require collective solutions from all Namibians.

The International University of Management (IUM) has refuted allegations that it does not offer the appropriate courses in accordance with its mandate. The university issued a response to a media report attributed to the Secretary to the Cabinet, Dr. George Simataa.
