Western Suburbs Rugby Club has intensified its training sessions this week as the team looks to improve its performance ahead of the upcoming season.

The Champions Academy, founded in 2017 by former national team players in partnership with Dawid Bezuidenhout High School, aims to develop rugby from a grassroots level.
