SWAPO Party member Reinhold Shipwikineni has issued an apology to the party following a High Court ruling.

The former Regional Executive Committee member of the Swapo Party Youth League in the Erongo Region, Reinhold Shipwikineni, could lose his properties if he fails to pay N$400,000 in legal costs within 10 days following a High Court ruling.

The High Court has dismissed the application filed by Reinhold Shipwikineni and three others against the SWAPO Party, ruling that the case was not properly constituted.

The decision was made after today's hearing, where both parties presented their arguments.
