A 31-year-old man succumbed to his injuries after he was struck with a wine bottle during an argument at a bar at Onathinge village in the Oshikoto Region on Sunday.

A 37-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping his nieces aged nine and seven at Amilema village in the Oshikoto Region’s Omuthiya Constituency.
