Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare has called for unity and calm within the National Youth Council following a disrupted General Assembly over the weekend.

Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare has informed the National Assembly that legislation to regulate "Order with Me" businesses will soon be introduced in parliament to support young entrepreneurs who are currently restricted from operating freely.

Small business entrepreneurs popularly known as “Order with Me” have met with Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare to raise their challenges.
 
Dr. Ngurare was joined by Finance Minister Erica Shafudah and the Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA) Commissioner (NamRA), Sam Shivute.
