The murder case of 31-year-old Keetmanshoop resident Elleste Plaatjie remains in limbo, as the Office of the Prosecutor General has yet to decide whether to prosecute two police officers accused in his death.

The Windhoek High Court has postponed its judgement in the application by Fishrot accused Nigel van Wyk, who is seeking to have nine charges against him dismissed.
