Judge Marelise du Plessis has rejected an application for her recusal in the ongoing Fishrot trial.
The recusal application was brought by accused Sacky Shangala, with James Hatuikulipi and Mike Nghipunya as co-applicants.
NAMDIA has dismissed the defence filed by security company G4S in the High Court as "utterly contrived" and one that is "poor and improper".
The High Court swore in three acting judges to the High Court in Windhoek today.
The judges were sworn in by Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Petrus Damaseb.
The bail application for the NAMDIA heist accused Joel Angula has been postponed to 27 January.
