President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah will hold bilateral meetings on the margins of the African Union's 39th Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The creative industry has welcomed its recognition as a priority area under the 8th administration, saying it's the first time they are appreciated and recognised. 

However, they are now calling for coordinated efforts and a deeper understanding of the industry.

President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says the 8th administration has established a strong foundation in its first three months in office.

However, considerable work remains through the implementation of the sixth National Development Plan (NDP6).

The Executive Director in the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy, Ben Nangombe, said the 8th administration has set a tone of urgency and implementation for national projects, anchored by the Swapo Party Manifesto 2024 and its implementation plan to accelerate service provision.
