The Employment Equity Commission (EEC) has summoned 13 Relevant Employers to the National Council Chambers to appear before a review panel due to non-compliance with the Affirmative Action (Employment) Act of 1998. 

The ||Kharas Regional Council has confirmed complying with a High Court order compelling it to promote its employee, Barend Both, to the position of Deputy Director for Administration.
